Shipping Information

UNITED STATES SHIPPING:

Stavi Sol offers free shipping for all orders placed domestically! We are happy to take care of shipping costs, however, if returns/exchanges are needed, or customer puts in incorrect address, customer is responsible for additional shipping costs. The customer will be updated in regards to their package tracking number once package is delivered to USPS. Once USPS has your package, Stavi Sol is not responsible for any damage or loss, and as such, the customer will have to contact USPS for assistance.

Orders are made and packaged within 3-5 business days, and are delivered between 6-9 business days, depending on USPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

At Stavi Sol, we offer international shipping to all residents outside the United States. International orders are made and packaged within 1-2 business days and have an average delivery time of 2-3 weeks, depending on USPS. Stavi Sol is not responsible for any customs fees enquired upon transfer of package to the destination country. The customer will be updated in regards to their package tracking number once package is delivered to USPS.
