Return/Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges/returns due to our pieces being handmade and many made to order. Sizing and lengths are listed in each product description, with images included as reference. If your jewelry piece/s arrive damaged due to shipping please contact us at stavisoljewelry@gmail.com within two days of receiving your order with photos of the damage and reason for contacting us, and we will assist you. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.
